Media Relations & Crisis Communications

Media relations played a key role in crisis communications when Lane Individual Practice Association (now Trillium Community Health Plan) was questioned about its management of the Oregon Health Plan in Lane County. Terry Coplin, LIPA’s then-CEO, says, “I would recommend Marilyn for any type of project regarding the management of communication through media relations.”
